1. Promotion Overview
Paws & Willow is offering a limited-time Black Friday promotion on selected timber dog crate furniture purchased directly through our official website.
The promotion runs throughout November 2026, with two promotional discount periods.
By participating in the promotion, customers acknowledge these Promotional Terms & Conditions, which apply in conjunction with our general website policies and applicable Australian law.
2. Promotional Dates and Discounts

Offer: 20% off selected participating dog crates.
All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), Brisbane, Queensland.
The 20% finale discount replaces the earlier 15% offer. It is not an additional 20% reduction on top of an existing discounted price.
Orders must be completed within the applicable promotional period to qualify.
3. Eligible Products
The promotion applies exclusively to selected configurations of the following Paws & Willow dog crates:

Products not specifically identified as participating in the promotion are excluded.
The promotion is not a storewide sale.
4. Product Configurations and Customisation
Paws & Willow dog crates are available with various configurations and optional design features.
Advertised "From" prices refer to the lowest-priced participating configuration.
Customers may select available finishes, door styles, timber tops and other configuration options when ordering.
Where a configuration option forms part of the eligible crate product's price, the applicable promotional discount applies to that configured crate price.
Separate accessories, mattresses, additional products or services are not included unless expressly advertised as eligible.
All selected options and the final discounted product price will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their chosen specifications, dimensions, colours and configurations before completing their order.
5. Pricing and GST
All prices displayed on the Australian Paws & Willow website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Promotional savings are calculated against the relevant product's genuine regular selling price.
Final pricing depends on the selected product and configuration.
Shipping, freight and any separately charged services are excluded from the percentage discount unless expressly stated otherwise.
The total payable amount will be displayed before the customer confirms payment.
6. Discount Eligibility and Restrictions
The Black Friday promotion:

Applies only to eligible products purchased during the specified promotional period.

Is available to customers purchasing through the official Paws & Willow website.

Does not require a minimum order value.

Does not apply retrospectively to orders completed before the relevant promotion begins.

Cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes, coupons, cashback offers, store promotions or promotional vouchers unless expressly stated.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another order.
Gift cards used as an accepted payment method are distinguished from promotional discount codes and remain subject to their applicable terms.
Only one promotional price reduction may apply to the same eligible product.
7. Website Orders and Marketplace Purchases
These promotional offers apply exclusively to purchases completed through:
Paws & Willow products may also be sold through third-party marketplaces, including Bunnings Marketplace and Temu.
These marketplaces may offer different prices, discounts, delivery arrangements and promotional conditions.
The discounts described in these terms do not automatically apply to marketplace purchases.
Customers purchasing through a third-party marketplace should refer to the offer and conditions displayed on that marketplace.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is not included in the advertised Black Friday product discount.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, their size, weight and destination.
Customers will be able to review the applicable delivery charge before completing their purchase.
Paws & Willow arranges delivery through third-party freight and courier providers.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on location, product dimensions, courier availability and seasonal demand.
Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been dispatched.
Where a delivery issue arises, customers should contact Paws & Willow so we can assist in resolving it.
Nothing in these terms excludes any delivery-related rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Production and Dispatch Times
Our timber dog crates are prepared and manufactured through our Australian workshop.
Black Friday is a busy promotional period, and increased order volumes may affect production and dispatch schedules.
Estimated production and dispatch timeframes will be communicated through the relevant product listing, checkout or order correspondence.
Delivery transit time is additional to the production and dispatch period.
If a material delay occurs, we will endeavour to notify the affected customer and provide an updated estimate or appropriate options.
Orders will be processed in accordance with our production schedule and applicable consumer obligations.
10. Product Availability
All promotional products are subject to the availability of materials, components and manufacturing capacity.
If an eligible product or configuration becomes unavailable, its availability will be updated where practicable.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact the affected customer and offer appropriate options, including a refund where required.
Paws & Willow does not guarantee continuous availability of every colour, finish or product configuration throughout the promotional period.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should carefully confirm their order details, including product dimensions, door configuration, colour choices, finishes and delivery address, before completing payment.
Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted promptly to sales@pawsandwillow.com.au.
Where production has not commenced, we will assess whether the requested changes or cancellation can be accommodated.
Once production of a customised crate has commenced, changes may not be possible.
Any voluntary cancellation arrangements remain subject to our published policies and the circumstances of the order.
Nothing in this section limits any right to cancel an order or receive a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Returns and Change of Mind
Black Friday purchases are subject to the Paws & Willow returns policy disclosed at the time of purchase and any applicable consumer rights.
Eligibility for a voluntary change-of-mind return may depend on whether the product is standard, customised, used or otherwise subject to a clearly disclosed policy condition.
A change of mind, preference for a different colour, or discovery of a lower price elsewhere does not automatically create a statutory entitlement to a refund.
Any voluntary return arrangements do not restrict a customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
All eligible products remain covered by the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
If a crate arrives damaged, is faulty, differs from its description or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, customers should contact us at sales@pawsandwillow.com.au.
Where possible, please provide an order number, description of the concern and photographs to assist our assessment.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
Promotional discounts do not remove or reduce these statutory rights.
14. Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Klarna and other supported services.
Buy-now-pay-later transactions are subject to the eligibility requirements, approval processes and terms of the relevant payment provider.
Any applicable third-party financing charges or account conditions are separate from the Black Friday product discount.
15. Promotional Pricing Errors
Paws & Willow takes reasonable care to display accurate product details, promotional prices and discount information.
If an error is identified, we will take reasonable steps to correct it promptly.
Where an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these terms permits Paws & Willow to disregard an accepted order or a customer's statutory rights.
16. Changes to the Promotion
Paws & Willow may make reasonable changes to promotional arrangements where necessary because of technical problems, genuine errors, product availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any changes will be communicated clearly and will not retrospectively remove rights or benefits already accrued under completed orders.
We will not advertise an artificial deadline or represent that a promotion has ended if the same offer remains available under substantially the same conditions.
17. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Promotional Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies available to consumers under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
Where these terms are inconsistent with a consumer's non-excludable statutory rights, those rights prevail.
